THE FIRST ANNUAL MUSIC
SCHOLARSHIPS
Granting $6,000.00 in cash awards:

$2,000.00 for a piano soloist
$2,000.00 for an instrumentalist
$2,000.00 for a vocal soloist

Presentation of these three awards will follow a
Gala Young Artists Concert
presented for the public by the winners in
Brookings, Oregon, on Sunday, September 16, 2012.

ELIGIBILITY:

Applicant must be a senior in high school who has been accepted for admission to a university or college in the state of Oregon as a music major for the Fall of 2012, or a current full-time Oregon college student enrolled in a music degree program. No age limits.

APPLICATION:

A thirty-minute program recorded on a DVD must be submitted with the application and proof of college enrollment for the Fall of 2012 and a check for $20.00 made out to Friends of Music. Send applications postmarked no later than May 1, 2012, to:
